Victor Naidu, President of TiE Detroit and The Board of Directors of “The Indus Entrepreneurs” (TiE), Detroit Chapter announced the selection of Tel K. Ganesan, Chief Executive Officer of Vision Tech Solutions as the Charter Member of TiE Detroit.
TiE awards and recognizes successful veteran entrepreneurs and corporate executives who have reached a stage in their professional life, ready to contribute to the fellow members and are willing to serve as mentors to budding entrepreneurs as its Charter Member. This is highly privileged membership and it is by invitation only.

Mr. Ganesan has over 17 years of professional experience in Automotive Engineering, Manufacturing and Problem Solving with black belts from both reactive and proactive tracks. This automotive engineer turned Information Technology solutions provider has hands on experience on designing and implementation of software solutions for manufacturing and project management.
Tel is the Chief Executive Officer of Vision Tech Solutions and heads a dedicated team of professionals housed in USA and India. Prior to this responsibility, he worked with Daimler Chrysler Corporation for 13 years and held various positions in Automotive Product Development. He was instrumental in implementing GREEN Y pre-emptive problem solving process within Jeep Body Organization that resulted in cost-avoidance of millions of dollars.
Tel K. Ganesan received his MS in Mechanical Engineering from Wayne State University, Detroit, Michigan and BS in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University, India.
