The Programmer is
reponsible for system analysis,
application development, enhancement,
maintenance and trouble shooting
experience with one or more Microsoft
applications - .Net/VB/. Perform
all phases of systems development
and maintenance by creating detailed
specifications, system analysis,
system design, programming, testing
and documentation on existing
and new applications |

| Duties
and Responsibilities |
1.Design and develop timely,
quality, cost effective and supportable
computer applications. Includes
all aspects from requirements
through implementation for smaller
projects. Larger projects may
include detailed design, programming
and testing
2.Interface with team members and project managers to deliver reliable, high
performance applications on
time and on budget. Work closely
with developers and users in
other company locations
3.Identify and troubleshoot
software problems, investigate
potential causes and implement
solutions
4.Develop analytical tools
including logic charts, record
formats and coding structures
5.Prepare programming specifications;
analyze, code, test and debug
programs and applications systems
6.Assist with the development
and preparation of project implementation
plans, project release status
reports and plan modifications

| Education
or Experience |
This position must possess an
Associate degree from a 2-year
college or technical school or
two to three years of previous
work experience or equivalent
combination of education and experience |
