William Willis joined the McTague Law Firm Business Law Department in 2006 and became a partner in 2009.  Prior to this, Mr. Willis practiced in the Financial Services Group of a national law firm in Toronto.   Mr. Willis advises clients in connection with all business law matters, including acquisitions and sales, secured and unsecured financing transactions, contract negotiations and reorganizations and has the professional membership of Essex Law Association

Mr. Willis is a graduate of the University of Windsor Law School and was the recipient of the Board of Governors Medal and the prestigious Law Society of Upper Canada Treasurer's Medal. In addition to his business law practice, Mr. Willis is a sessional instructor at the University of Windsor Law School where he teaches the Securities Regulation course.
